About my career

After finishing high school having specialised in sciences, I was inquisitive by nature so spent a few years looking for my path, working in different professional fields. During this period, I worked in the field of personal care and support and knew that this would be my path.

And so, in 2005, a new world opened up to me when I received a shiatsu treatment, experiencing a sense of relaxation and, above all, of letting go that I hadn’t known for a long time. This encounter with Shiatsu converted me to the power of touch. As I began training, I was touched by the aesthetics of this practice and its magic: letting myself be guided by my hands and the body of another in a spirit of sharing and benevolence.

In the course of my practice and the various training courses I’ve attended, notably on trips to Asia, I’ve gradually come to recognize that within each of us and all around us lies a self-healing energy and a force for well-being. My role as a therapist is to facilitate the emergence of this inherent capacity by creating a space for the body to reach a state of relaxation and lettinggo, and thus encourage its regeneration through our own inner resources.
At the same time, I became aware of the crucial importance of listening, and wanted to delve deeper into the subject. Biodynamic Cranio-sacral Touch or Therapy presented itself to me and confirmed my intuition that, beyond technique, it’s empathy and the quality of someone’s presence which create a reassuring space, thus promoting reconnection with our deepest resources.

Little by little, the aforementioned quality of presence brought me face to face with my own limiting patterns. To unblock these knots and let myself be carried along by the flow of life within me, I trained in Coaching and Family Constellations. These courses taught me to take a broader look at the recurring dynamics of our ills (words) and our lives, while inviting me to place myself at the service of a force beyond myself.

Today, I’m driven by the desire to accompany you on your life path, helping you to (re)find your own power. I look forward to meeting you to begin and/or continue this adventure in life.
